背景ストーリー
ある国の科学兵器実験の後、世界中で怪事件が頻発する。それを解明するために、日本科学人道軍から調査依頼を受けた天才科学者雨宮教授と助手の貝塚らは、原因が3.5次元の生命体であることを突き止める。それは89年前に溶け消えたゴジラだったのだ。そこで日本科学人道軍のエースパイロット、ジョー中山は、恋人鴨川ランの反対を押し切って、人類初である多次元飛行艇フェニックスで出発するのだが…。
Background story
After scientific weapons experiments in one country, mysterious incidents occur frequently all over the world.
In order to understand this, professor Amemiya, a genius scientist who received a request for research from the Japanese Science and Humanitarian Army, and his assistant Kaizuka find out that the cause is a 3.5-dimensional life.
It was a godzilla that disappeared 89 years ago.
Therefore, the ace pilot of the Japanese Science and Humanitarian Army, Joe Nakayama, surpasses the opposite of his lover Kamogawa Ran and starts with the multidimensional flying boat Phoenix, which is the first human race.

助手の貝塚：いわゆる幽霊ということですか？
雨宮教授：いや違う。3.5次元サブスペースの生命体だ。このままで行くとこの世界の時空間まで影響が出る恐れがある。
雨宮教授：サイバースペースの崩壊がすでに始っている。あの国は一体何を考えているのか⁈ 実験の影響の何たるかを知っていない。
